Waiting on Wednesday #13

"Waiting On" Wednesday is a weekly event hosted by Breaking the Spine that spotlights upcoming releases that we're eagerly anticipating.

This is the first time I'm posting a WOW since last August! Wow, that's almost a whole year. I don't know why I stopped; maybe because of school, or maybe because there's just too many books I want to read. Whatever the case, I wanted to get back to doing this weekly meme, because I really loved it. So, here it is!

(No synopsis yet!)

Release Date: October 28th, 2014

***

Why am I waiting for this book?

I LOVE THIS SERIES! I love Gansey, and Blue, and Ronan, and Adam, and Noah. The boys have such a strong and wonderful bond. I love Blue and her quirkiness; I love all her family members with their own weirdness. Maggie Stiefvater's writing is superb, and it's easy for me to get lost in the story she's weaving together. I seriously can't wait to read this book! And I NEED more Blue and Gansey. <3

Which book are YOU dying to read? Leave me a link to your WOW post so I can check it out! :)

  2. I've been wanting to read The Raven Boys for AGES, so maybe I should pick that one up and the second book before this one comes out. :)

  4. I need to get caught up on this series! I really enjoyed the first one, but it's been so long since I read it I probably need to reread before I move to the second.

  6. I've only read The Raven Boy's (I have The Dream Thieves- but waiting until the series is finished before I carry on). But, hands down, that wins for best cover, ever.

  10. I’m currently reading The Raven Boys, and I’ve already preordered this one, because the book is just so good! I don’t like the covers for the first two volumes, but Blue Lily, Lily Blue looks totally beautiful! I love the colours.

  15. I actually had to put book 1 because it just wasn't calling my attention. I'm hoping that maybe it just wasn't the right time when I was reading because the synopsis does sound amazing. And I've heard wonderful things about Maggie's writing that I refuse to think I won't like her books.
Thanks so much for stopping by my post!

    1. Sometimes that happens, doesn't it? Where you pick up a book, can't get into it, put it down, and then you start reading it at a later date and you actually like it? Maggie's writing is very different. You either hate it or you love it. But I so hope you pick this series back up again. Thanks for commenting back! :)

Comments always make me smile. :) Seriously. Even if you comment on the post weeks or months later, it makes my day! So don't hesitate to leave your thoughts even if it's been a long time since the post was published. I'll try to reply to you, especially if you ask a question, but sometimes life happens. But I do read and appreciate every single one of them because I know how hard it can be to find the time or energy to comment. So a heartfelt THANK YOU for brightening my day when you do. <3
